Besides the regions we already described on New Zealand's North Island are Taranaki, Bay of Plenty, Taupo and Hawke Bay near Napier. Offshore Islands such as Alderman Islands are well worth exploring and have been under the government's protection for decades, offering marine life many chances to expand. Diving at New Zealand's North Island is a must while on vacation here. You will find some excellent marine life and colorful organisms. Enjoy your time diving and snorkeling here.
